The Opportunity

As our Commercial Product Manager, you’ll define and deliver products that help customers make informed choices while supporting our transition towards An Electric Britain. You’ll shape our strategy and strengthen our market position.

You’ll join us on a salary of circa £56,400 (DOE) per annum, with flexibility to work from home alongside attending our #London or #Exeter office. This hybrid setup gives you space to balance focus, collaboration and personal commitments.

You’ll drive innovation through product development, market insight and pricing expertise. With access to internal partnerships, learning opportunities and varied projects, you’ll grow your commercial understanding while contributing to initiatives that power progress for our customers.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a Commercial Product Manager with proven experience in product innovation, pricing and commercial delivery. To be shortlisted, you need to offer…

  • Strong understanding of energy markets, particularly Gas and Electricity in B2B
  • Proven experience in product management, pricing strategy and commercial analysis
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to build business cases and deliver complex projects end to end
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the energy sector

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving product innovation and roadmap delivery
  • Managing pricing strategy and product positioning
  • Applying market intelligence to support commercial growth
  • Developing business cases and assessing viability
  • Prioritising initiatives and enabling sales adoption

Pay, Benefits and Culture
