What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Research incoming order requests and provide accurate and detailed ordering instructions.
  • Respond to internal customer and vendor requests primarily through email.
  • Update file status within company and/or client systems.
  • Develop strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor processes and resolve issues to achieve service level agreements (SLAs).
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience including Project Management, Account Management, and Vendor Network Management.
  • Proficient MS Office skill set.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems.
