Executive Account Risk Control Specialist - East

• Conduct risk control surveys and provide services to large and complex accounts within the assigned region.
• Deliver high-quality consultations and technical on-site risk control surveys for policyholders.
• Produce detailed reports and recommendations to support underwriting decisions and risk mitigation.
• Design and implement strategic service plans addressing key loss drivers and operational exposures.
• Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and claims teams to enhance service strategies and account retention.

• Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, industrial safety, fire protection, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of eight years of experience in a risk control or safety role.
• Knowledge of nationally recognized standards and codes, including OSHA, DOT, and NFPA.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report as travel is required (approximately 50%).

• Certifications such as ASP, CSP, or ARM.
• Advanced knowledge of industrial, construction, fire, and commercial automotive safety.
• Ability to influence and educate diverse audiences effectively.
• Experience in training less experienced team members.
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills.
