What You’ll Do here:
- Build and execute regional growth strategies with Independent Reps; keep the funnel on-target.
- Manage strategic end-user relationships and ensure “best in class” support across the customer lifecycle.
- Jump into major selling situations and remove roadblocks to win.
- Recruit, train, and elevate Rep performance with enablement, ride-alongs, and deal coaching.
- Partner with Sales & Service leadership on lunch-and-learns, site visits, demos, and events.
- Track market trends and competitor moves; craft counter-strategies that win on value.
- Collaborate with Service Managers to expand our self-perform/installation network.
- Implement KPIs, forecast accurately, and deliver to plan.

Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years in sales management (industry experience strongly preferred).
- Experience across multiple sales models: distribution, direct, and rep networks.
- Bachelor’s in Business or Engineering (or equivalent technical/experience mix).
- Location:
Based in the Central Region (WI, MN, ND, SD, IL, NE, IA, MO, KS, IN) highly preferred. - Travel: ~50% (typically one week in-region, one week home office; dynamic as needed).
Skills & Abilities:
- A builder’s mindset—motivated, decisive, and inventive—with strong business acumen and negotiation chops.
- Excellent communication, networking, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
- Tools: MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word); ERP (Net Suite preferred).
