Shift Managers starting over 18$ typically have been certified through McDonald's management courses and have some McDonald's experience. We are an 18-restaurant franchise organization with approximately 800 employees in our restaurants and home office, a family owned and operated business. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
