This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and aligning sales and marketing efforts to increase market share in a highly competitive and evolving digital asset ecosystem.

• Analyze and expand operations to support sustainable revenue growth.
• Monitor income streams and uncover profit-maximizing opportunities.
• Enhance sales, branding, and marketing strategies based on performance and trends.
• Research and identify new business verticals driven by user behavior.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to shape strategy.
• Foster client relationships and grow industry partnerships.
• Develop networking strategies to source new clients and collaborators.
• Lead deal negotiations and closings that support long-term goals.
• Align with internal teams to maintain cohesive business development efforts.
• Evaluate potential joint ventures, acquisitions, or partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record in business development, preferably in crypto, fintech, or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of brand strategy, growth hacking, and digital marketing.
• Confident in conducting market analysis and competitive assessments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong strategic thinker with the ability to execute on long-term goals.
