What You Will Do

Brand Supply Teams manage Finished Product Supply Planning for a category(s) under the Signature at the market level, facilitating coordination of inventory & production, understanding of trade-offs, and streamlining communication to key stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities can include but are not limited to the below listing:

  • Coordinating monthly production requirements for multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Responsible for monitoring inventory levels and maintaining inventory parameters to ensure the delivery of Service KPI. Understands and communicates short to mid-term supply constraints and manages E&O at the signature level.
  • Effectively communicating, mitigating, and managing risk with both Supply Chain and Business counterparts
  • Coordinates the flow of product and information, manages exceptions and streamlines communication to commercial teams through the local Customer Supply Chain Team (or through short-term Inventory Exception & Management meetings)
  • Coordinate product availabilities with local markets or international affiliates.
  • Responsible for E&O review & management and identifying and implementing E&O reduction opportunities in the local market.
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant job experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively working with diverse cross functional partners
  • MS Office experience, strong proficiency in Excel with comfort analyzing/manipulating large data sets and presenting visually
  • Comfort with ERP Systems - SAP APO Experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • An enthusiasm for continuous learning and development
