Optimization Consultant

Overview

Optimization Consultant at Brightree, a wholly owned subsidiary of Res Med. Brightree is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Optimization Consultant with a Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification to lead and support process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on identifying inefficiencies, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable improvements in performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead cross-functional process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Facilitate projects/events using continuous improvement methodologies to generate priority initiatives with measurable results, including follow-up with teams to monitor results.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to reduce waste, improve quality, and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure alignment and sustainability of improvements.
• Track and report on project progress, outcomes, and ROI.
• Provide coaching and mentoring on Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
• Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Deliver best practice training throughout all levels of the customer’s organization through deep understanding of the Brightree financial performance and reporting tools.
• Deliver consulting support to customers adopting Brightree products and services.
• Partner with Brightree’s Implementation and Training teams to build best practices for customer implementations that help drive long term customer success.
• Travel – up to 25% annually.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required.
• Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives in a complex environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Minitab).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in project management and change management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset.

Employees accrue paid time off (PTO), holidays, and caregiver leave where applicable. Individual pay decisions depend on location and qualifications. The base salary range for this position is typically $94,000 – $124,000; for remote positions outside the US, pay is determined by location and qualifications.
