• Manage a pipeline of custom program opportunities to achieve annual sales goals
• Collaborate with the Institutional Relations team to generate new program leads and secure partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring strong customer service
• Draft program budgets, create proposals, and write contracts in collaboration with international teams
• Oversee pre‑departure planning and preparation processes with partners and CIEE staff

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in solution sales, account management, or partnership development
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi‑task effectively in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time

• Experience working with faculty or within higher education
• Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce
• Previous study abroad experience
