- Lead daily operational functions for the First Sale program to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Manage broker entry reporting and oversee daily broker operations related to customs inquiries
- Utilize ACE and Infor Nexus platforms to produce timely customs reporting and deliver insights
- Conduct compliance checks, audits, and monitor documentation retention for accuracy
- Provide custom reporting and analysis on tariffs and duty costs to support strategic decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customs compliance, trade operations, or import/export operations
- Proficiency in ACE, Infor Nexus, and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
- Strong understanding of U.S. customs regulations and global trade practices
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with First Sale program operations
- Familiarity with financial tracking and month-end close processes
