Job Description Job Title: Crypto Business Development Specialist

Location: Egypt – Remote (Though listed as “on-site” in Beaverton, OR, this role is intended to be remote from Egypt)

Token Metrics is seeking a strategic and driven business development specialist to help expand their global presence, especially in emerging crypto markets. The role focuses on revenue growth, partnerships, branding, and market expansion in the blockchain and crypto space, with an emphasis on local and regional opportunities in Egypt and surrounding markets.

• Analyze market trends to guide sustainable business growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the crypto and blockchain sector.
• Strengthen revenue streams and evaluate sales and marketing strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and partners.
• Conduct competitive analyses to inform market strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to align go-to-market efforts.
• Negotiate and close deals, including partnerships, JV opportunities, and service contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience in business development, ideally in crypto, fintech, or SaaS.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and business intelligence tools.
• Strong grasp of marketing strategy, brand expansion, and B2B development.
• Demonstrated success in identifying new markets and closing profitable deals.
• Skilled in relationship-building, negotiations, and cross-functional communication.
• Familiarity with crypto trends and market behavior is highly advantageous.
