• Act as a subject matter expert for the specified country or region in payroll processes
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of global payroll implementation projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during the implementation process
• Develop and implement standardized payroll processes and project plans for consistency
• Provide ongoing support to resolve any issues during and after implementation

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment
• Expert legislative knowledge in the specified country or region
• Strong communication skills for explaining payroll processes to customers and stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of local payroll tools and software such as SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced international work environment with a passion for making an impact

• Experience in accounting/reconciliations
• Productivity-focused mindset with a history of process improvement
• Previous experience working remotely is considered a plus
