This client is hiring a Product Manager in Lewisville, TX to drive the evolution of our commercial construction product line—including panels, insulation, and other manufactured building materials.

This is a full-time opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, conduct deep market research, define product roadmaps, and own the end-to-end lifecycle of durable goods. If you have a solid background in product portfolio management, manufacturing, or building materials, and are ready to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

Hybrid Module After 6 Months: In office 5 days a week for the first 6 months. After 6 months, it is up to Manager to allow work from home on Fridays.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution from ideation to phase-out.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Build ROI-driven business cases to justify new product development and capital investment.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and marketing to translate customer insights into product requirements.
• Drive go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement tools.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to sales and business development teams.
• Stay ahead of construction industry trends, codes, and product innovations.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in a Product Manager role (preferably for manufactured or durable goods).
• Strong skills in financial modeling, business case development, and market analysis.
• Clear communicator with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to connect with customers, attend events, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities across teams.
• Experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Familiarity with insulation, panel systems, or other building materials.
• Prior exposure to B2B product marketing or industrial sales.
