• Serve as a subject matter expert for Core Consumer Lending clients, providing education about FICO® Scores
• Manage multiple clients and projects, ensuring significant client interaction and support
• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, including C-Level executives
• Present and facilitate discussions about FICO® Score products in various settings
• Successfully resolve client support issues and assist in contract negotiations

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Several years of experience in consumer retail lending and risk management
• Direct experience in roles such as portfolio risk management, retail lending, or client sales support
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate clearly and engage audiences
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer experiences and managing multiple projects

• Experience working with regional banks, credit unions, or personal loan lending organizations
• Strong ability to memorize detailed information and integrate it into client discussions
• Demonstrated ability to effectively listen to clients and understand their business needs
• History of over-achievement in customer satisfaction and responsiveness
• Self-starter who collaborates well within cross-functional teams
