• Conduct detailed analytical studies to define problems and identify deficiencies
• Collaborate with users to define business requirements for system enhancements
• Analyze multiple data sets to find trends and improve performance
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for existing automations
• Communicate findings to managers and executives, facilitating meetings to resolve issues

• Bachelor’s degree required; extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management may be substituted
• Business analysis experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Must be self-motivated with critical thinking skills
• Experience with revenue cycle management is a plus

• Experience with reporting tools
• Comfortable presenting findings to senior management
• Knowledge of Athena IDX (Centricity Business)
