• Oversee the contract lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
• Negotiate, draft, review, and manage contracts with vendors and stakeholders
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for contract negotiations
• Monitor contract performance and implement improvements to drive efficiency
• Supervise and mentor VMO Contracts staff, supporting their development

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in contract management
• Proven experience in contract negotiations
• Proficient in drafting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Certified Commercial (CCCM) and/or Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certification
• Experience with software contracts
• Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
