PositionSummary
As a Private Aviation Advisor, you will join our vibrant team, seeking experienced charter brokers and jet membership consultants to enhance our business aviation roster. With our 24/7 flight support, dedicated aircraft sourcing division, and innovative marketing initiatives—including engaging content and exclusive events—you will strengthen client relationships and expand your business footprint.
Essential Functions- Consult and close deals that fit client needs, building and maintaining deep relationships beyond the transaction.
- Participate in daily and weekly team calls, quarterly in‑person meetings, and training sessions.
- Benefit from exclusive access to cutting‑edge tools such as Trip‑Builder Pro and Magellan Jets Mobile.
- Receive support from our industry‑leading Flight Support and Logistics team and seasoned aircraft sourcing specialists.
- Access training and education to achieve Certified Aviation Advisor status and be recognized as a key player within a prestigious brand.
- Engage in one or more industry groups: AOPA, NATA, NBAA, ACSF.
- Previous advising and/or instructional experience.
- Sales experience in luxury markets.
- Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Aviation Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Pre‑Law, or Economics preferred.
- Participation in industry groups such as AOPA, NATA, NBAA, ACSF preferred.
- Excellent communication, research, time‑management, and public‑speaking skills.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- High levels of applied emotional intelligence.
- Persistent, resilient, and positive attitude.
- Strong negotiation skills.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment- Location:
Miami, Naples, or West Palm Beach. Must be comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time for meetings and client visits. - Conditions:
Dedicated private workspace to conduct business. Occasional travel to aircraft or client locations may be required.
- Extended periods sitting at a desk or workstation.
- Occasional walking/movement between work areas.
- Repetitive hand and wrist movements via typing and mouse use.
- Light lifting of office supplies up to 20 lbs.
- Prolonged computer screen use.
- Ability to drive for extended periods.
Full‑time exempt position.
TravelTravel to the Quincy, MA headquarters twice a year for remote positions. Additional travel for client visits and prospecting may be required.
