• Lead and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team

• Coordinate efforts with Field Sales Engineers and support teams to meet objectives
• Champion and embody the company’s cultural principles in all operations
• Implement effective coaching and development strategies for Field Sales Representatives

• Previous experience supervising a sales team in a management capacity
• Proven track record of training and motivating enterprise sales teams
• 8+ years of technology sales experience
• 5+ years of experience in team management/sales supervision
• Solid understanding of Salesforce (SFDC)

• Experience leading and building a Field Sales Team
• Proven ability to inspire and lead enterprise sales teams
• 3+ years of experience in sales leadership
