Customer Success Manager

• Partner with remote and outside sales to grow and retain business while providing continuous feedback on customer activity
• Serve as the customer quarterback, handling day-to-day customer needs and ensuring issues are resolved promptly
• Develop a knowledge base of the marketplace, physician practice dynamics, and customer concerns
• Participate in training and educational initiatives to enhance customer support
• Update customer demographic information in Salesforce and monitor customer purchases

• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in account management, sales, or customer care
• Minimum of 1+ years of related experience in account management or customer service
• Intermediate experience in Excel, including creating spreadsheets and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of analyzing complex issues and implementing effective solutions
• Team player with strong interpersonal and resource management skills

• Experience in healthcare distribution, GPO, Community Oncology, and industry trends
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and the buy-and-bill model
• Experience with SAP and  or other CRM software
• Proactive and strategic thinking to anticipate and address potential issues
