• Conduct premium audits with clients' policyholders onsite, virtually, or over the phone.
• Review business operations and specific financial records such as payroll, sales, and cost records.
• Verify class codes assigned per industry and client standards per insurance contract.
• Schedule client appointments and obtain necessary information.
• Submit audit reports via the web portal and Davies' exclusive premium auditing software.
• Contact clients and communicate via phone, email, and face‑to‑face discussions.
• Examine commercial businesses’ payroll and tax records.
• Evaluate operational practices.
• Adhere to customer requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.

• Must live in the geographic area advertised.
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience required.
• Strong customer service and people skills are a must.
• Numbers‑oriented.
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions.
