• Store Management:
  Keep Shopify stores running smoothly by ensuring all products, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Product & Inventory:
  Upload and optimize new items, track inventory levels, and coordinate restocks.
• Order Operations:
  Assist with order management, fulfillment tracking, and processing refunds and returns to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Data Analysis:
  Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to perform data analysis and reporting that drives business decisions.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with customer service and operations teams to resolve inquiries and support marketing campaigns.

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on Shopify experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Zendesk, Click Up, Asana, or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Bonus points for technical experience with Shopify apps, themes, or SEO optimization.
