• Research incoming order requests and provide accurate and detailed ordering instructions
• Respond to internal customer and vendor requests primarily through email
• Monitor processes and resolve issues to achieve service level agreements (SLAs)
• Act as a liaison between vendor partners and the company in resolving service delivery issues
• Manage a wide range of programs/projects in vendor management, including developing project plans and monitoring delivery schedules

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient MS Office skill set
• 3+ years of directly related experience including Project Management, Account Management, and Vendor Network Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated success establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
• Strong organizational skills and a positive service attitude
• Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
