• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and account analysts to ensure effective communication
• Develop and lead the forecasting process, utilizing analytical skills to assess business performance
• Partner with Supply Chain & Operations to ensure smooth product logistics and enhance forecasting processes
• Analyze data and create actionable KPIs to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Manage vendor compliance reporting and assist in resolving consumer issues through data analysis

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, marketing, data analytics, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in analytical sales, demand planning, or project execution with ecommerce retailers and/or DTC ecommerce platforms
• Strong financial acumen and advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Experience in identifying and resolving retailer disputes
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused organization

• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data reporting tools
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Capability to train and develop others in a functional capacity
• Understanding of manufacturing, operations, finance, and product lifecycle management
