• Update all products costs on an annual basis and calculate new product costs as needed
• Evaluate bills of material, routings, and purchasing data
• Calculate labor and overhead standards
• Participate in new product introduction process to evaluate financial feasibility
• Make recommendations to decrease product costs or improve efficiency
• Conduct monthly material, labor, and overhead variance analysis
• Assist in conducting annual physical inventory and evaluation of results
• Prepare and distribute monthly business KPI analysis and business reporting on sales and profitability
• Perform ad hoc business analysis and special projects for Executive management
• Work closely with sales, operations and administrative departments to communicate and optimize financial performance
• Provides financial analysis, with emphasis on pricing decisions, and customer/product profitability
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in financial performance
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• ERP experience
• Must be analytical and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of manufacturing
