Role OverviewWe are seeking a Procurement Specialist to help drive our growth. This is a remote-based role focused on the UAE market. You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing RFQs from A-Z
- Sourcing products and services locally and globally
- Managing the procurement process end-to-end: supplier selection, negotiating prices and terms, issuing POs, managing delivery, and issuing invoices
- Building strong, lasting customer and supplier relationships
- 3+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain in the UAE
- Network of suppliers in the UAE's industrial market
- Arabic language is a major plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Be one of the initial pillars shaping a company with a vision to become a major market player
- Freedom to work remotely while engaging directly with the UAE market
- A culture of growth with ongoing coaching and support
