We are looking for a Senior Analyst to lead procurement licensing initiatives within the Licensing business unit at our Riverview Campus in Benton Harbor, Michigan. The position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities- Strategic sourcing and vendor management – lead analysis of new sourcing opportunities, negotiate, and execute licensee contracts, and assess associated business and legal risks.
- Performance and compliance – establish accountability, manage licensee performance, and drive initiatives to meet or exceed key business metrics (revenue, quality, service).
- Growth and strategy – contribute to short‑ and long‑term licensing strategies and support development of newer categories.
- Financial oversight – maintain centralized tracking and reporting for all licensing activities, manage financial audits to verify full licensee compliance.
- Collaboration – build working relationships with licensee and business teams (KASA licensing, engineering, legal, risk management, and finance) to ensure successful project execution and strategic alignment.
- Apply procurement principles – sourcing strategies, RFP processes, licensee management, negotiation, contract development, and execution.
- Project and product management skills – plan, organize, manage priorities, and apply analytical and quality mindset.
- Leadership and communication – strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills with the ability to learn new systems (Royalty Zone).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of sourcing and/or product or project management experience, contract management, business, law, or marketing.
- Experience in licensing, business development, partnerships, or related fields.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to drive win‑win outcomes and handle complex discussions.
- Strong understanding of contract structures, intellectual property rights, and licensing framework.
- Strategic problem‑solving skills and ability to propose creative solutions when challenges arise.
