• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven success in launching quality projects that enhance productivity and customer outcomes
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data quickly
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on process improvement

• Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce
• Project management or industry certifications, such as COPC or PMP
