• Serve as the primary point of contact for selected clients, ensuring their needs are met
• Monitor and manage contract performance and client-specific KPIs
• Identify and manage risks related to performance and client expectations
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert new business development opportunities into sales
• Report on project performance and results to clients' senior management at set intervals

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer care representative or administrative role
• Experience in the automotive industry, including manufacturing and quality control
• Solid understanding of IATF 16949 standards and ability to apply them
• Proficiency in computer software, including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook

• Previous experience in the TIC industry supporting Business Assurance sectors
• Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
• Proven capability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
