MCA, a trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – MR for the Mid‑Atlantic region to support our fast‑growing Voice (MSS) division.

Responsibilities- Inspire and lead a high‑performing sales team, providing mentorship and coaching to achieve revenue goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand market presence within the public safety sector, including law enforcement, fire and rescue, and other government agencies.
- Ensure the team engages in effective sales activities, generates leads, and closes impactful deals.
- Provide direct leadership and support, including one‑on‑one coaching, ride‑alongs, and strategic planning to maximize effectiveness.
- Track and analyze sales performance, maintain a strong pipeline, and deliver accurate revenue forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and regional leaders to align strategies and optimize overall sales effectiveness.
- Build lasting relationships with key customers and partner stakeholders to foster trust and business growth.
- 8+ years of proven sales leadership; 5+ years in sales management within public safety or government agencies.
- Industry expertise in Two‑Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications.
- Track record of leading high‑performing teams, driving revenue growth, and exceeding targets.
- Strong ability to develop, coach, and motivate sales professionals in a fast‑paced environment.
- Service‑oriented, with high integrity and ethical decision‑making.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with key customers and vendors.
- Business acumen, excellent organization, communication, and forecasting skills.
- Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time within the Mid‑Atlantic region.
This is a remote position; however, the role requires traveling at least 30% of the time to support sales representatives, drive business growth, and strengthen customer and vendor relationships across the Mid‑Atlantic region. Candidates must reside within MCA’s footprint, preferably near an MCA office.
