Value- Care; VBC Performance Analyst, Remote

• Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across the employer's value-based care portfolio
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to risk, quality, and affordability for health plan payer contracts
• Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests for field teams specifically relating to value-based care programs
• Develop a strong understanding of payer-specific quality programs and support market workflows for addressing performance measures
• Conduct assessments determining opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs and drive quality performance improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields
• 1+ years of relevant work and/or internship experience
• Experience using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool, including basic formulas and pivot tables
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to the employer's mission of serving primary care providers, their patients, and society

• Experience using Tableau or other data management software
• Comfort in tackling ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy
• Highly organized and proactive in addressing clarity, prioritization, and blockers to drive assigned tasks forward
