Position: Sales Manager, Mid-Market (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive new sales acquisition of SME businesses through aggressive prospecting and documentation
  • Conduct deep discovery sessions with CFOs and Procurement Leaders to provide customized travel management solutions
  • Manage a sales pipeline to achieve goals and articulate client needs to internal partners
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value proposition of the employer's services
  • Maintain and expand business relationships through networking and effective communication with decision-makers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or travel consultative environment
  • Advanced proficiency in pipeline management and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong financial acumen to understand profit and loss statements and articulate program benefits
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different situations and recover from setbacks
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the designated territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in consultative sales within the travel industry
  • Strong networking skills with a history of building referral sources
  • Ability to document and communicate the ROI of proposed solutions effectively
  • Familiarity with compliance and internal business requirements related to client experiences
