• Analyze existing transportation processes and customer delivery effectiveness across various transportation modes
• Compile and evaluate data from client relationship and transportation management systems
• Develop and analyze transportation-related KPIs to improve cost efficiency and delivery performance
• Manage vendor invoices and support transportation-related inquiries from multiple business units
• Train others in the solutions designed to manage distribution operations

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accountancy, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a related role
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience in the courier industry or pool distribution environments
• Familiarity with small package, LTL, and TL transportation processes
• Previous involvement in preparing or responding to RFPs and RFQs
• Strong negotiating skills and ability to present information to various organizational levels
• Continuous improvement or process improvement experience
