- Strong understanding of partner economics and successful partner management
- Proven ability to develop strategic business plans and execute sales strategies
- Expertise in planning, designing, and executing partner programs
- Sales accreditation or certification in Alliance platform
- Experience in digital transformation and technology integration
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Background in client/customer service and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with operational strategy and process improvement
