What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and grow alliance relationships, focusing on strategic partnerships with major technology companies
  • Establish co-selling agreements and programmatic selling activities with Rackspace sales teams and partners
  • Develop joint strategic business plans with partners and drive towards key success metrics
  • Conduct regular interactions with internal teams and partner executives to align on strategic initiatives and business reviews
  • Implement partner enablement activities, creating best practices and measuring effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 12-14 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a related area
  • Strong understanding of partner economics and successful partner management
  • Proven ability to develop strategic business plans and execute sales strategies
  • Expertise in planning, designing, and executing partner programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Sales accreditation or certification in Alliance platform
  • Experience in digital transformation and technology integration
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Background in client/customer service and stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with operational strategy and process improvement
