Shift Managers are in control of all aspects of the customer experience during any given time. Shift Managers starting over $18 typically have been certified through McDonald’s management courses and have some McDonald’s experience. We are an 18‑restaurant franchise organization with approximately 800 employees in our restaurants and home office; we are a tight‑knit family owned and operated business. The company is operated by long‑term leaders that began, in many cases, as first‑job employees who climbed the company ladder of success, stepping up into greater responsibilities with each new position grown into our company.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
