• Generate and maintain regular and ad‑hoc reports for various stakeholders
• Assist in the development and documentation of new reporting processes
• Track and analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Support the documentation of standard operating procedures and best practices

• Technical experience with health insurance systems, especially with healthcare insurance payors
• Basic understanding of Restful APIs, JSON, and tools like Postman
• Familiarity with gathering and analyzing requirements for enterprise applications
• A four‑year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Experience with issue tracking systems like Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or Service Now

• Exposure to projects involving data analysis and migrations, including data mapping and transformation
• Knowledge of CMS 1500 and UB04 claims forms
• Understanding of Medicare claim pricing and editing
• Basic knowledge of XML and JSON
• Familiarity with SQL databases and understanding of tables and relations
