Sr. Consultant, Business Consulting Personal Lines Insurance Sales Enablement - REMOTE

• Serve as a top consultant on business transformation, applying people, processes, and technology to improve operations
• Lead business process analysis and organizational assessments to align IT solutions with business strategies
• Manage organizational process management and facilitate communication between business customers and systems areas
• Develop performance criteria and measurement tools to track business process success
• Provide direction and mentorship to less experienced staff, overseeing project plans and progress

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning, designing, and implementing business transformation initiatives
• Strong background in functional, process, information and data modeling, and applications integration
• Proven knowledge of business process management standards, methodologies, and frameworks
• Extensive project management experience, preferably 5 years
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior management

• Graduate studies in computer science, management information, business, or related field
• Deep knowledge of emerging industries and market trends
• Familiarity with new technologies and developments in the technology industry
• Experience with facilitation, performance management, and organizational design
• Leadership skills and competencies that demonstrate the ability to manage large, complex projects
