Position
Description:
The incumbent will support the VP of Financial and Retirement Services with all aspects of a multiple‑employer retirement savings plan for participating client worksites and worksite employees.
- Onboarding Retirement:
Oversee all plan set‑ups and first payrolls, act as first point of contact for Retirement Plan Setup, set up plans and match rules in HRIS, attend new client onboarding consultations, assist new clients with required plan documents, maintain onboarding records, manage transition of retirement plans from acquisitions. - Salesforce:
Track projects and communications with clients through Salesforce cases and records. - Customer Service:
Address escalated new client questions and issues, research and resolve client and employee issues related to enrollment, deferrals, remittance, plan design and compliance, update payroll system, complete corrections for missed deferrals and matches, run and provide clients with census reports. - Plan Administration and Auditing:
Process bonus deferral election forms, K1 contributions, verify/approve quarterly forceouts, approve/deny distribution requests, process employee requests (enrollment/change, incoming rollover, loan, distribution, hardship withdrawals), audit plans through weekly Data bridge API verifications, variance reports, and Slavic import failures. - Other Special Projects:
Take lead on special projects such as audits and Slavic requests for gathering company information.
A strong knowledge of 401(k) plans and administration. Candidates must possess the ability to manage projects and workflows across multiple teams with minimal supervision. Background in customer service a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
