Fully Remote Position
- Revenue Operations-OTE $120k+potential earnings
- Will partner closely with leadership (CRO/CFO) and have meaningful impact on process, systems, and data-driven decision making.
- Working with CRM (often Hub Spot), pipeline management, forecasting, commissions
- Data & Analytics: dashboards, KPIs, reporting for leadership
- Base salary $100K with 25% MBO Bonus
- Clients are Banks and Credit Unions
Requirements:
- Must have 5 years of Revenue-Sales Operations experience
- Hands on experience working in Hub Spot
- Comfortable with forecasting, compensation planning, KPI development and data standardization
- 4-year bachelor's degree is required
