As our Styling Team Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this—crafting experiences that make getting dressed effortless, exciting, and deeply personal for millions of clients. Your goal is to ensure we deliver a top‑notch styling experience and keep earning our clients’ business over and over again.
Role ExpectationsThis fast‑paced, high‑impact role requires solution‑oriented thinking, adept management of a sizeable remote team, and strong quantitative skills. You’ll push your team to continuously improve, design and implement solutions, collaborate across functions, and use analytics to make smart decisions.
Responsibilities- Deliver a delightful client experience – train, coach, and inspire stylists to provide best‑in‑class service.
- Lead and inspire your team of Advisors, Senior Stylists, and Stylists to exceed performance and morale goals.
- Drive real impact – own key metrics and take action to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Solve complex puzzles – optimize team performance and design training programs that work.
- Operate – own scheduling, compliance, box completion, time off, and timesheet approvals.
- Work directly with the founding team – provide feedback, insights, and improvement ideas.
- Hiring – assess new stylist candidates, conduct interviews, and scale the team.
- Training – coach and design engaging onboarding programs.
- Team building – build community within the styling team and integrate with the broader company.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally – with CX, Operations, Merchandising, Product Development, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Have led large remote teams of >20 direct reports through ambitious transformations.
- Switch effortlessly between strategic planning and tactical execution.
- Thrive in fast‑paced environments where good‑enough never is.
- Have an eye for detail and quality.
- Strong analytical background and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Work well independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
