Team Member (Oracle DBA) at MNJ SOFTWARE – you will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of MNJ SOFTWARE. The role includes working closely with leads, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.

  Full time (Monday – Friday). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am - 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime (unpaid).

ME/M.TECH/BE/B.TECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT) etc

• Hands on development knowledge Oracle.
• Sound knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Implementing SQL Server Profiler for performance optimization.
• Managing Devices and Databases (Indexing, Normalization, Bulk Insert).
• Database Backup and Restoration (Lite-Speed and Native Backup).
• Transfer Login, users between Database Servers.
• Importing, Exporting Data, Shrinking Database.
• Generate Script for Different Objects of the Database.
• Implementing Database Mirroring in.

• To plan and develop all Marketing, Advertising, promotional activities for effectively executing and monitoring the marketing strategies in meeting the organizational objectives and enhancing the OL Tech Edu brand. Evaluate customer research, Market Conditions, Competitor data and implementing marketing plan/changes as needed.
• Develop marketing initiatives to expand customer base and to optimize sales.
• Undertaking promotional activities to ensuring brand visibility and awareness in metro Markets.

• Must be Analytical and possess good problem-solving capabilities
• Independent thinker
