• Perform moderately complex analysis to develop actionable and innovative recommendations that support growth and profitability targets.
• Proactively assess market risks and opportunities, evaluating multiple possible solutions, and leveraging data-based insights to influence executive leadership decisions.
• Leverage analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Essbase to access and analyze large amounts of data (may also use other tools such as Snowflake, Power
  
  BI, Python, etc.).
• Understand, monitor and communicate overall performance, trends, and strategic insights of personal lines auto and property products.
• Work cross-functionally with partners across the organization, including Actuarial, Finance, State Product Management, Operations and others, to support the development, design, and implementation of new products, programs, and processes.
• Support the development of business cases for new initiatives by synthesizing data, modeling scenarios, and evaluating financial impacts.
• Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and reports tailored to diverse audiences, including leadership, regional partners, and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve analytical efficiency through automation, enhanced tools, or data governance improvements.
