Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, results-focused Senior Business Development Specialist to directly generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in the BPO sector. This is an individual contributor role.

The ideal candidate thrives in a hunter environment, is confident engaging senior business leaders, and excels at building relationships that open doors to long-term business opportunities.

Position Responsibilities



Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify and engage senior decision-makers as prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, social media, events, and networking.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to position our products and services effectively.
  • Research and map potential accounts to identify key stakeholders and create tailored engagement plans.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain relationships that lead to closed deals and recurring business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine outreach and positioning strategies.
  • Track, report, and maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and deal progression.
What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B business development with a focus on prospecting and closing new deals.
  • Strong “hunter” mentality within the BPO sector, self-motivated, persistent, and goal-driven.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and deliver against targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to turn insights into actionable business opportunities.
Important:
This is a new business generation role. You will not be leading or managing salespeople. Success will be measured on your ability to create, develop, and close opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate s For This Position Are Highly Motivated And Dedicated And Should Possess The Below Qualities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B business development, preferably within the BPO or outsourcing industry
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, engage, and close new business with senior-level decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead generation strategies, and account mapping
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach and proposals
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) to manage pipeline and track activity
  • Skilled in conducting market and competitor analysis to inform strategic outreach
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality, driven, persistent, and focused on results
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence in delivering pitches to executive-level audiences
  • Comfortable using digital channels (email, Linked In, virtual events) for outreach and engagement
