Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for specialty papers in assigned territories.
Customer Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive satisfaction and growth.
Sales Targets:
Achieve revenue and volume goals set by management.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution:
Respond promptly to inquiries, troubleshoot quality or delivery issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Market Monitoring:
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to identify opportunities.
What You Bring

Experience:

5–10 years in sales management within the paper industry.
Industry Knowledge:
Proven track record in Specialty Paper sales, ideally with C1 S, Thermal, and Greaseproof papers.
Language

Skills:

Fluent in English;
Italian, French, or German is advantageous.

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and business development capabilities.
Independent & Remote Work:
Comfortable managing customers and sales independently across multiple European markets.
