Resilux is currently looking for an enthusiastic employee to join our team in the following position:

As a Junior Commercial Controller
, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial strategy. You will ensure product pricing is accurate, competitive, and aligned with company objectives. Together with the Senior Commercial Controller, local sales teams, and production colleagues, you will analyze prices, challenge deviations, and provide fact-based recommendations for optimal decisions. In addition, you will be responsible for commercial reporting, including sales and margin reporting, to provide management with clear insights into performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pricing Control & Validation Verify the correctness of preform and bottle prices using our pricing module, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal guidelines.
• Commercial Feedback Provide structured feedback to sales teams on pricing levels and profitability, challenging unprofitable deals and suggesting corrective actions.
• Market & Regional Analysis Conduct detailed analyses of pricing performance across regions, product segments, and customer types, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Tooling Coordination Review injection mould tooling requests from customers and ensure they align with pricing logic and investment considerations.
• New Business Support Assist in preparing competitive price proposals for new customers, supporting the Senior Commercial Controller in negotiations.
• Commercial Reporting Prepare and maintain clear reports on sales, margins, and pricing developments to support management decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement Contribute to the optimization of pricing tools and commercial processes, proactively suggesting improvements and challenging existing practices.

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in pricing, controlling, or business analysis
• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent Excel and data handling skills; experience with Power BI is a plus
• Confident communicator with a constructive approach
• Critical thinker who dares to question existing practices and propose improvements
• Fluent in English;
  Dutch or other European languages are an advantage
