E-Commerce & Inventory Coordinator

Our client is looking for ahighly skilled

E-Commerce & Inventory Coordinator to join their mission-driven team in theclean skincare and wellness industry. They are a fast-growing, sustainability-focused brand that has expanded across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart, while maintaining strong wholesale partnerships.

Inventory Planning & Management:Forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers.

Wholesale Growth & Management:Oversee existing accounts, onboard new B2B clients, and drive wholesale revenue.

Multi-Channel Product Listings:Create, update, and optimize product listings across Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart.

Sales & Performance Analysis:Track SKU-level performance, identify trends, and adjust inventory strategies.

Reporting & Documentation:Generate sales, inventory, and forecasting reports while maintaining clear SOPs.

2+ years managing

Shopify (must).

2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central (must).

2+ yearsine-commerce inventory forecastingandwholesale operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with inventory planning tools.

Strong English communication(written and spoken).

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience inhigh-growth DTC brands(preferred).

Portuguese fluency(a plus, not required).

Background inclean beauty, wellness, or sustainability(ideal but not mandatory).
