Position: Regional Field Sales Manager (Arizona or Nevada)

Overview

Regional Field Sales Manager (Arizona or Nevada) role at GEHA Health. GEHA’s mission focuses on empowering federal workers to be healthy and well, with a broad provider network and a personalized member experience.

We are seeking a highly organized and initiative-taking Field Sales Manager to drive engagement with government benefits professionals across federal agencies. The role involves growing GEHA’s database of federal benefits professionals and generating qualified sales leads, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and during sales events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships with federal agency benefits officers and HR professionals to promote GEHA offerings.
  • Represent GEHA at local agency events, health fairs, and virtual sessions to drive member engagement and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with regional goals.
  • Identify and attend high-impact events that support federal employee health and wellness education.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product overviews tailored to federal audiences.
  • Track engagement metrics, lead conversion, and event ROI to inform future strategy.
  • Stay informed on federal benefits trends, agency needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Serve as a regional expert and advocate for GEHA’s mission and services.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancements, and resource optimization within the sales management process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contractor activities, expenses, and performance metrics, with regular updates to management.
  • Incorporate industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to field sales into program enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event coordination, sales management, or related roles, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with federal workers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and data management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics; self-starter with initiative.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meetings, training, and events.
Work Arrangement and Travel

Preferred location:
Nevada or Arizona. This is a remote/hybrid role with travel as needed. Home-office requirements include a dedicated space and reliable high-speed internet (minimum 30 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload; latency < 80 ms). Hotspots, satellite, and wireless internet are not allowed for this role.

Note:

The salary information is a guideline and may vary based on experience and qualifications. The hiring range for this position is $81,755 - $103,425 USD, with a possible top rate of $115,245 USD based on performance and growth within the organization.
