Sr. Practice Operations Analyst

• Develop benchmark comparisons and financial models to project economic impacts of practice changes
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve practice and market performance
• Collaborate with practices and market leaders to prioritize and evaluate growth opportunities
• Present findings and insights to physician executives and other stakeholders
• Implement process improvements to enhance analytics team efficiency and scale solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, STEM, or related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years’ experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, or analytics with a focus on data-driven operational change
• 3+ years of experience using SQL in large relational databases
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheet assessments
• Excellent presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences

• Experience optimizing performance in healthcare organizations, particularly in Primary Care practice operations
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Microstrategy, Qlik View, and/or Looker
• Ability to establish collaborative relationships in fast-paced environments
• Proven track record of driving ROI through data insights
