• Administer oaths/affirmations.
• Take acknowledgments.
• Take verifications upon an oath or affirmation.
• Witness or attest signatures.
• Certify or attest copies.
• Note a protest of a negotiable instrument (subject to restrictions).
• Certify that an event has occurred or an act has been performed.

• MUST be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
• Notary Public certification.
• Experience in notarizing loan documents.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.

High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

$125.00 - $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
