- Be the trusted point of contact for customers, guiding them through the project funnel with clear communication and a friendly, professional approach.
- Manage multiple customer projects from onboarding to installation readiness, ensuring smooth progress and compliance with all requirements.
- Coordinate and follow up on key items like welcome/verification calls, utility bills, ACH forms, ownership documentation, and title verifications.
- Proactively track project statuses, resolve blockers, and keep customers informed of next steps and timelines.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and installation teams to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (using tools like Go High Level ) with detailed notes, documents, and statuses.
- Deliver exceptional customer service via email, text, and CRM tools, ensuring a positive experience.
- Experience in customer success, customer support, project coordination, or account management in the Texas electricity or utility markets. Solar or backup power sales / support experience is a huge plus.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to manage documentation‑heavy workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect with customers and internal teams.
- Comfort juggling multiple projects at different stages with a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRMs (Go High Level experience is a plus) and process‑driven workflows.
- Spanish proficiency or experience in solar, energy, or regulated industries is a bonus but not required.
