Closeout Specialist/Buyer

In this pivotal role, the detail‑oriented candidate will be responsible for the closeout of subcontract agreements in accordance with company policies and government regulations. The candidate will collaborate closely with subcontract administrators and the finance team. Key responsibilities include sending out closeout documentation via email, analyzing closeout data for accuracy, updating status spreadsheets with precision, and completing closeout actions in Costpoint.

Preferred qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have two (2) years of experience closing prime contracts and/or subcontract agreements in a federal environment, or four (4) years of experience providing administrative support in a federal finance, contract, or subcontract environment.
